  7. For losing keys, we can charge an additional fee of PLN 50 per set.
  8. If you want to extend your stay, please inform the reception desk not later than 9:00 AM on the day of check-out. Extension of stay possible if room is available.
  9. For check-out after 11:00 or after the agreed time, we can charge the guest up to 100% pricefor the next day.
  10. Smoking in the building and the rooms is prohibited Failure to comply will result in a fine of PLN 200.
  11. For the sake of fire safety, please do not use electrical devices that are not room equipment (not applicable to chargers and power supplies).

  15. We have equipped our reception with a contactless thermometer. Guests can undergo temperature measurement. For security reasons, we have the right to refuse service if the Guest has symptoms such as persistent cough, shortness of breath, fever, malaise.

  7. The Administrator undertakes to immediately inform Users about any proceedings, in particular administrative or judicial, regarding the processing of personal data, any administrative decision or decision regarding the processing of such data.

Administrator is not responsible for disclosing entrusted Personal Data to unauthorized persons, taking it by an unauthorized person, damaging or destroying this personal data in the event that the reason for the above is the User's act or omission, consisting in particular in providing information authorizing access to the service to third parties, as well as other behavior regarding the User's service.
  9. The User guarantees that Personal Data has been obtained, processed for purposes consistent with the law and that the Administrator does not process more Personal Data than is necessary to comply with these aims.
  10. The website may contain links (hyperlinks) to other websites. The Service Provider is not responsible for the privacy policy used by these websites and the methods of protecting personal data.
  11. To avoid threats, the User should provide his computer and other electronic devices that he uses by connecting to the Internet with an antivirus program . Such a program should be constantly updated.
  12. The administrator recommends using the latest versions of web browsers. If the User uses older versions of browsers and / or other than the latest ones that are available, the Administrator does not guarantee the correct operation of the Website.

reservation terms - conference rooms

  1. General provision
    1) This document regulates the rules of making reservations, canceling reservations, methods and dates of payment for reservations, confirmation of booking rooms and associated services at WenderEDU Business Center, hereinafter referred to as the Facility.
    2) Dictionary
    a. Service Provider - WenderIT Szymon Wolender with the seat at St. Jadwigi 10/4, 50-266 Wrocław, NIP: 8982069999.
    b. Facility - WenderEDU Business Center, building located at St. Józefa 1/3, 50-329 Wrocław, place of service management administered by the Service Provider. The Service Provider declares that the Facility meets the appropriate sanitary, safety, acoustic and quality conditions to provide the service.
    c. Service Recipient - an entity that is a natural or legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, using the services of the Service Provider.
    d. Reservation - the process of ordering the service from an offer in the Facility with the Service Provider, made on the terms set out in this document by an adult.
    e. Website - the website of the facility available at www.wenderedu.pl

  2. Methods and reservation rules

    3) The order should contain information about planned:
    a. dates and the number of the conference rooms,
    b. the number of participants and trainers,
    c. the number of people - for coffee breaks and meals (including special diets),
    d. the number of nights,
    e. additional services (e.g. printing orders, catering services)
    f. preferred layouts and room markings, as well as contact details of the Service Recipient.

  3. Confirmation of the reservation
    1) In each case, the confirmation is sent by e-mail to the address provided by the Customer.
    2) On request, the Facility may issue additional confirmation.

  4. Cancellation and changes of stay
    1) The Service Provider is not responsible for incorrectly made Reservation.
    2) Free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 7 days prior to implementation, after this time a fee of 50% of the entire Reservation applies.
    3) Modification of the number of people participating in the meeting is possible up to 3 days before the start of the Reservation.
    4) The Service Provider is not responsible for the inability to provide the service when it is caused by fortuitous events, natural disasters and factors beyond the control of the Service Provider.

  5. Payment and settlement
    1) Payment is made in accordance with individually agreed rules between the Service Provider and the Service Recipient (Contractor). The settlement takes place on the basis of applicable law.

    The person making the reservation for the entity conducting business, in accordance with current regulations, if he wants to receive an invoice for the receipt, is required to provide the NIP or EU VAT (tax identification number) required to issue the invoice before making the payment. It is possible to issue an invoice to the receipt only if the purchaser's tax identification number has been placed on the receipt documenting the sale.

    c. Service Recipient - an entity that is a natural or legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, using the services of the Service Provider.
    d. Guest - a person using hotel services and additional services available in the Facility, the Guest may be a Customer.
    e. Reservation - the process of ordering the service including accommodation and/or other services from the offer at the Facility with the Service Provider, made on the terms set out in this document by an adult.
    f. Website - the object's website is available at www.wenderedu.pl.
    g. Broker portal - entity broker in implementation.

  2. Methods and reservation rules
    1) Website through:

    The reservation should be made on computer hardware with up-to-date antivirus software, supported with current widely used web browsers, cookies, disabling pop-up blockers, encrypted SLL connection,

    4) In person - at the reception of the Facility,

    6) Group reservations are set and handled individually.

  3. Confirmation of the reservation
    1) In the case of Reservations made according to items 2, 1a (booking program), confirmation is done automatically.
    2) For reservations made according to items 2, 1b, 2-4 (contact form, e-mail, telephone, in person), confirmation is sent by e-mail to the address provided by the Service Recipient or Guest.
    3) In the case of Reservations made according to items 2, 5 (Intermediary Portals), confirmation is carried out in accordance with the policy of the Intermediary Portal.
    4) On request, the Facility may issue additional confirmation.

  4. Cancellation and change of stay
    1) The Service Provider is not responsible for incorrectly made Reservation.
    2) Free cancellation of stay is possible until 18:00 on the day before arrival.
    3) In the event of a no-show, the property has the right to charge the full amount of the first day of the booking. At the same time, the Reservation is deleted by the Facility.
    4) In the case of Reservations made according to points 2, 1-4 (Website, e-mail, telephone, in person), the desire to modify or cancel the stay should be notified by e-mail or phone in accordance with the contact details indicated in point 2 of this document. Modifications will be considered based on the Facility's availability.
    5) In the case of Reservations made according to points 2, 5 (Intermediary Portal), modification and cancellation of the stay is carried out in accordance with the policy of the Intermediary Portal.
    6) The Contractor shall not be liable for the inability to provide the service when it is caused in connection with fortuitous events, natural disasters and factors beyond the control of the Service Provider.

  5. Payment and settlement
    1) The amount of the Reservation fee is always given on the confirmation.
    2) Settlement takes place on the basis of applicable law.
    3) n the case of Reservations made according to items 2, 1-4 (Website, e-mail, telephone, in person), payment may be made on the spot during the stay.
    4) In the case of Reservations made according to items 2, 5 (Intermediary Portal), the payment is made in accordance with the policy of the Intermediary Portal.
    5) The facility accepts the following payment methods: transfers, cash deposits, payments by credit or debit cards, Blik, NFC. Detailed payment information can be found on the Facility's website.
    6) OThe person making the reservation for the entity conducting business, in accordance with current regulations, if he wants to receive an invoice for the receipt, is required to provide the NIP or EU VAT (tax identification number) required to issue the invoice before making the payment.     Complaints
  6. 1) Irregularities and objections regarding the booking process or service performance should be reported by email or telephone in accordance with the contact details indicated in point 2 of this document. They will be considered within 14 days of successful notification and processed in accordance with applicable law. An effective complaint submission is an application confirmed by email from the Facility.
    2) Complaints about payment processing should be directed directly to the operators indicated in point 5.7.

Dear Gusests,


Due to the well-being of minors (up to 18 years of age) and in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting the threats of sexual crime and protecting minors, we would like to inform you that, as of August 15, 2024, the hotel is obliged to verify each time whether a child visiting our facility is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and if not, whether the person responsible for the child has the proper consent from the parent or legal guardian.


During check-in, our receptionist is obliged to ask you to present documents confirming both your identity and the identity of the child, in order to establish your relationship with the child. These documents may include an ID card, school ID, other identification applications, or a court decision. If the adult taking care of the child is not their parent or legal guardian, they will be asked to show a document confirming consent to care for the child. This may include:


- Notarial consent from the parent or legal guardian for an adult to travel with the child.,

- Consent signed by the parent or legal guardian, including the child's details, address of residence, contact phone number for the parent or legal guardian, and the ID number or other identification number of the person to whom the parent or legal guardian has entrusted the care of the child.
